Pre-Orders

Items purchased on pre-order are charged in full at the time the order is placed. Estimated dispatch timeframes are shown on the relevant product page and are provided as estimates only. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the expected dispatch timeframe.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, these may be dispatched separately or together depending on availability.

You may request to cancel a pre-order before dispatch by contacting Maison Dolly. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including your applicable cancellation and refund rights.
